How to apply tape:
Simply cut to the desired length, apply to your skin and tubing, and press down for a secure hold.

How to remove tape:
When you're ready to change, gently peel off
Always stabilize the skin close to the peel edge with a finger, particularly on sensitive or thin skin.
Gently remove the tape in the direction of hair growth, folding it back on itself rather than pulling straight up.
For strong tape, use medical adhesive remover spray or wipes to reduce skin pain and damage.
